Historical landmark, great building, nice rooms, clean and spacious. Located in the middle of downtown, fully renovated, walk distance to the lake, restaurants. Great a la cart breakfast. My husband forgot his backpack with documents and the personnel took care of it, appreciate your help so much! Will be happy to come back!

The staff was very friendly. I always appreciate when a hotel offers me water upon arrival and at departure 😄 The bed was very comfortable. The room temperature was at 65° when we arrived which was perfect. Also, the fan/AC ran all night which helped me sleep 😴 There wasn't a lack of hot water at all which was great for bathing and cleaning up. If you wanted to drink water from the sink you'd need ice for sure. The location was great. The square across the street has good coffee. We were able to walk to and from the fieldhouse to see the concert we came for. I don't recommend walking alone at night though. I loved the art throughout the hotel!

Very ornate and classic.

The room on the 9th floor was comfortable, clean and inviting. Staff were always helpful even when crowds were seeking attention. The layout was good and very suitable for the conference. The decor was inviting and added to the overall atmosphere. A very pleasant stay!

The breakfast was good and the rooms were very nice and clean. We would come back next year to do it again.
